On October 4, 2024, the Neymar Jr. Institute celebrated another exciting graduation of the INJR Crew Members Project, an initiative that goes far beyond preparing young people for the job market. The project aims to transform the future of teenagers, providing them not only with professional qualifications, but also the opportunity to achieve financial independence and make their dreams come true.
The event, hosted by the Institute’s Financial Director, Altamiro Bezerra, was full of meaning and marked by inspiring speeches. The ceremony was attended by important personalities who support and believe in the impact of this project, such as the Institute’s president, Nadine Gonçalves, the mayor of Praia Grande, Raquel Chini, and the Institute’s Administrative Director, José Benício da Silva Santos.
Costa Crociere, a key partner that made the project possible, was present via video conference with the CEO of Costa Cruises Central and South America, Dario Rustico, and HR Cruiser, Pierre Gianotti, sharing words of encouragement and highlighting the value and importance of this partnership. In addition to Costa Crociere, representatives of partners such as Agência ISMBR, Shelter Cursos, Laboratório Cellula Mater, Visão Laser and Angio Corpore were also present, reinforcing the essential nature of partnerships for the success of the project.
