Sport is an important component for the INJR to achieve its goals and carry out its mission. This area has a prominent role, because in addition to working on children’s motor aspects, it’s capable of generating relevant and elementary learning for human development. The practice of exercises prevents diseases, stimulates cognitive aspects and improves mental performance.
