This Friday (30th) the closing class of the 2nd class of the Jovens Tripulantes members took place. Our students and their families, as well as representatives of our partners Deck4, Costa Crociere, Agência ISMBR, Litoral Plaza Shopping and Shelter Cursos, were present at the event, which was broadcast live on Youtube by INJR. The ceremony was given by the financial director of Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., Altamiro Bezerra, in addition to having the special participation of Dr. André Vinicius and Joel Jota, who was the Institute’s General Coordinator.
The event also marked the launch of the partnership between Instituto Neymar Jr. and Beetools (click here to learn about the partnership).

For Altamiro Bezerra, the class was the perfect way to end the preparation cycle and begin the boarding of the 2nd group of Young Crew members. “For them, this is the opening of a path. Of a professional life, of a promising career. On behalf of the Institute and Neymar Jr’s family, I want to thank all the students present and the partners”, declares the director.
Deck4 worked alongside the Institute in organizing the event. The company’s founder, Fabricio Brito, left an inspiring message for future crew members: “My message is that they keep dreaming. Dreaming on dry land, dreaming on the high seas. But never stop dreaming. Because they are capable and they will conquer everything they want”, reinforces Fabricio.

Carolina Coelho, CEO of ISMBR, recalled the importance of bringing together family members, young people and the companies responsible for the project. “Today’s event was a historic milestone, because receiving two company presidents in a single event is a very important milestone, and it means that the company is in a good mood and honored with this project as well”, she says.
For Dário Rústico, President of Central and South America for Costa Cruises, the project is responsible for changing the perspective of the teenagers who will work on board. “They will start a new path, a path that will take them to fantastic places in life”, says Dário.
The Superintendent of Litoral Plaza Shopping, Martinho Polilo, says that the great importance of this project is the insertion of young people in the job market. “Through the Neymar Jr. Institute, an opportunity was created. It is a social project that aims at what is most important, employment. From this union of strength, we managed to get these young people to get their first job”.

For Joel Jota, being at the Institute and seeing the path that teenagers are following is a source of pride. “Seeing young people aged 18, 19, 20 having their first job, traveling the world, using the language they learned here, using all the cultural elements that we developed here, teachers saying goodbye, was a moment of deep pride and very emotional”, he says.
