A new group has completed a professional training program at Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., with a course focused on Occupational Safety. Over the course of one week, participants completed NR-20 — Safety with Flammable and Combustible Materials — and NR-35 — Work at Height — training programs offered in partnership with Grupo Yamam.
The training was designed to provide participants with knowledge related to safe and responsible practices in different professional environments. The subjects covered included procedures, preventive measures, and practices related to occupational safety, contributing to the development of knowledge and skills applicable to different professional contexts.
During the NR-20 training, participants studied the risks associated with flammable and combustible materials, as well as prevention, control, and emergency response measures. Topics included fire and explosion risks, the characteristics of flammable and combustible materials, the use of Personal Protective Equipment and Collective Protective Equipment, PPE and CPE, as well as fire prevention, firefighting, and emergency procedures.
The program also included NR-35 training, which focuses on work at height and the safety procedures associated with this type of activity. The training covered knowledge required to identify risks and adopt preventive measures when carrying out work at height.
On the final day, participants completed the final assessment and, after fulfilling the required stages, received their certificates. The conclusion marked the completion of another training program offered to family members of students served by Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., expanding access to knowledge related to professional qualification.
The initiative is part of Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr.’s efforts to provide training opportunities for students’ family members. The courses are available to people over 18 years of age who have completed high school and are family members of students enrolled at the Instituto. The training conducted in partnership with Grupo Yamam represents another professional qualification initiative aimed at expanding participants’ knowledge and contributing to new possibilities in their professional journeys.
