The Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. organized a Barbecue Course with a specialization in American Barbecue as part of its ongoing efforts to promote professional development among the families it serves. The program was designed to provide technical training, develop new skills, and create opportunities for employment, entrepreneurship, and income generation.
Over the course of five days of theoretical instruction, participants were introduced to the core principles of barbecue preparation and American Barbecue techniques. The classes were led by barbecue specialist Bruno Caobravo, who shared professional knowledge and industry practices with the group.

The course concluded with a friendly competition in which the teams presented their final preparations to a panel of judges. The evaluation considered technical execution, preparation methods, and presentation. The event was also attended by Nadine Gonçalves, President of Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., who followed the activities and participated in the final assessment process.
