The INJR Crew Members program has completed another cycle of activities focused on preparing young participants for the next stages of their professional journey. The final meeting of the year was led by Behavioral and Corporate Mentor and Trainer Gilberto Santos and marked the conclusion of a series of lectures, dynamics, and activities carried out throughout the year.
During the meetings, participants explored different topics related to personal, emotional, and behavioral development. The subjects included self-awareness, confidence, emotional intelligence, communication, and professional conduct, all of which are part of the participants’ preparation for their professional experience on board.

The activities also addressed situations related to job interviews and the different challenges involved in the preparation process for embarking on a cruise ship. The meetings were designed to provide participants with knowledge and tools that could be applied both in professional situations and in their everyday lives.
Throughout the cycle, the young participants took part in reflection exercises, practical activities, and dynamics that encouraged participation and the exchange of experiences. The topics were addressed progressively, allowing participants to expand their understanding of their own behavior and of different ways to respond to situations and challenges.

The conclusion of the cycle represents another stage in the INJR Crew Members’ preparation journey. Throughout the year, the meetings accompanied different phases of this process and contributed to the development of skills related to communication, professional conduct, interpersonal relationships, and preparation for the workplace.
With the completion of the activities led by Gilberto Santos, the INJR Crew Members move forward to another stage of their preparation, continuing the process that precedes their professional embarkation. The knowledge and experiences acquired throughout the year now become part of the participants’ journey toward their next challenges.
