Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. completed another class of the Concierge and Access Control Course, carried out in partnership with Grupo Yamam. The initiative reached its fourth edition with the certification of 24 family members of students supported by the institution.

The program was focused on professional qualification and strengthening opportunities for entry into the job market. Throughout the last week, participants had access to content related to the requirements of the role and the operational routines of the sector.

Topics covered included professional fundamentals, operational procedures, technical writing, introduction to criminology, basic legal concepts, teamwork, and professional conduct. Guidance on proper uniform use, personal presentation, punctuality, standards, and workplace conduct was also part of the program.

The course concluded with the presentation of certificates to participants, marking the end of another training stage promoted by Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. The initiative is part of a broader set of actions focused on the social and professional development of families connected to the project.

Conducted in partnership with Grupo Yamam, the course continues its objective of expanding opportunities through technical training and access to new professional pathways for participants.
