This Friday (3), the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. held the graduation ceremony for the 5th class of the INJR Crew Project, marking the completion of another stage of professional training for adolescents supported by the institution. The event brought together students, families, partners, and staff in the Institute’s auditorium, celebrating a training cycle focused on preparing young people for entry into the job market.

The INJR Crew Project is an initiative developed in partnership with companies from the maritime and service sectors, aimed at providing technical training and employment opportunities for teenagers in situations of social vulnerability. The program includes preparatory courses, hands-on training, and pedagogical support, enabling participants to work on cruise ships and in related fields. Throughout the program, students receive guidance on professional routines, languages, customer service, and industry regulations.

The ceremony was led by the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr.’s Chief Financial Officer, Altamiro Bezerra, and featured the participation of representatives from partner institutions that contribute to the project’s implementation and development. Joining via video call were Dário Rústico, Executive President of Costa Cruises in the Americas, and Laura Mazza, Human Resources Consultant at Costa. Attending in person were Carolina Coelho, CEO of Agência ISMBR; Marco Antônio, Training Coordinator at Shelter Santos; Danilo Navarro, Board Representative from Visão Laser; Dr. Fátima Pires, Administrative Director of Cellula Mater Laboratories; Prof. Dr. Marcello Romiti, CEO of Grupo AngioCorpore; and Dr. Philipe Saccab, Coordinator of the Health Center at the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr.

These organizations play key roles in different stages of the program, providing technical support, specialized training, and real opportunities for professional placement. The partnership with Costa Cruises and Agência ISMBR allows students to participate in selection processes and apply for positions on international cruise ships. Shelter Cursos is responsible for part of the technical training, while health organizations such as Cellula Mater Laboratories, Visão Laser, and Grupo AngioCorpore contribute by offering the medical exams and evaluations required for the maritime sector.

The ceremony was broadcast live on the official Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. YouTube channel and remains available for public viewing, expanding the project’s reach and reinforcing its commitment to the professional development of young people.
