The instructors at Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. play a key role in shaping students, serving as positive role models and supporting the development of essential values through sports practice. In line with its mission to promote sport as a tool for social transformation, the Institute held a lecture for adolescents enrolled in the Evening Project, reinforcing its commitment to holistic youth development.

The activity gathered three invited educators: Thalita Garbes, judo teacher and athlete; Antonio Duarte, also a judo teacher and athlete; and Ronilson Matias, swimming teacher and Olympic canoeing athlete. Their participation enriched the educational proposal by providing students with diverse perspectives on sports experiences.

Throughout the lecture, the educators shared their career paths, discussed the challenges they faced, and highlighted achievements that shaped their personal and professional journeys.
