Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. welcomed the Hard Rock team, who were in Praia Grande for the opening of Hard Rock Cafe Praia Grande and took the opportunity to visit the institute and learn more about its social impact initiatives. The visit provided an immersive overview of the structure and programs offered to children, youth, and their families.

The delegation included Tom Perez, President of Global Development and Franchise Operations at Hard Rock International; Ramon Higuerey, Vice President of Business Development and Franchise Operations; and Gabi Ruschel Michaelsen, owner of Hard Rock Café Gramado. The visit was guided by Altamiro Bezerra, Chief Financial Officer of Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr., who presented the facilities, educational and sports units, and the community impact generated in Jardim Glória.

Throughout the visit, the representatives learned about the methodologies used in family support, the projects dedicated to the students’ development, and the results achieved through social initiatives. The meeting reinforced the Institute’s commitment to maintaining transparent dialogue with institutions interested in understanding and engaging with its social mission.

Last month, Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. also hosted the Job Fair and the training process for the new employees of Hard Rock Cafe Praia Grande, strengthening the institutional relationship and contributing to workforce development in the region.
